Please review the following terms and conditions before completing your registration.

1. Registration Fees

The following registration fees apply for participation in the event:

• Vendor Registration (Non-Food Vendors): £50
• Non-Vendor Registration: £50
• Food Truck Vendors: £200

All vendors must complete registration and make full payment to secure their space at the event.

2. Payment Policy

• All registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise agreed by the organisers.
• Vendor spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis once payment has been confirmed.
• All payments are final and non-refundable.
• Late registrations may not be accepted once vendor capacity has been reached.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

By registering as a vendor, you agree to:

• Arrive on time and set up within your assigned space before the event opens.
• Operate your stall for the entire duration of the event (12:00 PM – 7:00 PM).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable stall area at all times.
• Conduct business professionally and respectfully with attendees and other vendors.
• Dispose of waste properly and keep your space tidy throughout the event.

4. Vendor Requirements

All vendors must:

• Submit a completed registration form and full payment before the deadline.
• Operate only within the approved product or service category unless prior permission is granted.
• Hold any required licences, permits, or certifications necessary to legally operate their business.
• Ensure they have adequate supplies and staff for the duration of the event.

Food vendors and food trucks must also:

• Comply with all local food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Follow proper food handling, temperature control, and allergen information requirements.

5. Stall Setup

• Vendors must remain within their assigned space as directed by the event organisers.
• Vendors are responsible for bringing any additional equipment, tables, display materials, or power solutions they may require unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellation Policy

• All vendor registration fees are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for voluntary withdrawal, failure to attend, or late arrival.
• In the unlikely event that the organisers cancel the event, vendors may be offered a refund or credit toward a future event.

7. General Conduct

All vendors must respect the community, cultural atmosphere, and purpose of the event. Any vendor engaging in unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate behaviour may be asked to leave the event without refund.
