Together, they work tirelessly to create a platform that celebrates African heritage, supports Black-owned businesses, and builds meaningful connections across the UK.
Abiodun Adebola
Founder & Lead Organiser
Abiodun Adebola is the visionary founder and lead organiser of the Afro-Naija Food Festival. With a lifelong passion for African food, culture, and community building, she created the festival to provide a vibrant space where African cuisines, creativity, and entrepreneurship can thrive.
Her journey began with a love for cooking and cultural storytelling, which has evolved into a mission to showcase African excellence, empower small businesses, and preserve cultural heritage for future generations.
Abiodun oversees the overall vision, partnerships, programming, and execution of the festival, ensuring that every edition reflects quality, inclusivity, and cultural pride.
Dr. Sam Osinowo
Co-Organiser & Strategic Lead
Dr. Sam Osinowo brings strategic leadership, structure, and community insight to the Afro-Naija Food Festival. With strong experience in community engagement and development, he plays a key role in shaping the festival’s long-term direction and growth.
He supports planning, stakeholder relationships, sponsorship strategy, and operational excellence, helping transform the festival into a sustainable cultural platform with regional and national impact.
Dr. Sam is deeply committed to empowering African communities and creating opportunities that uplift individuals and families.
Seyi Adeyere
Co-Organiser & Operations Coordinator
Seyi Adeyere is the operational backbone of the festival, ensuring that ideas turn into seamless execution. From logistics and vendor coordination to on-the-day operations, Seyi plays a vital role in delivering a smooth and enjoyable experience for attendees and partners.
With a strong eye for detail and a passion for excellence, Seyi helps maintain high standards across every aspect of the festival while supporting continuous improvement.
